Your Organic, Healthy Garden May Not Be As Healthy As You Think
If you are interested in creating good health, you may have (or be thinking about having) an organic garden. Somehow, organic seems to automatically mean healthy. While I love organic, natural foods, I know that simply being organic isn’t enough. Even organic foods may not be as healthy as you think. Our foods have lost up to 70% of their nutritional content over the last 70 years, even organic foods.
