11th Annual Mango Festival in Kona this Sunday

Yes, another free event–the 11th annual Mango Festival on the water at Hale Halawai in downtown Kona.  It all happens this Sunday, June 23rd from 10 am to 5 pm.  Enjoy featured music by Dr. Tim’s Medicine Band from 2 pm to 4 pm. Learn to grow nutrient dense foods!

This wonderful festival (along with the avocado and nuts festivals) has been lovingly brought to you free of charge for these many years by the dedicated work of Dr. Randyl Rupar of the Sanctuary of Mana Ke`a Gardens, a 501c3 nonprofit.  Thank you, Randyl! Take a look at his website http://hawaiianwellness.com/sanctuary-of-mana-kea/.  You’ll find some interesting products.

There will be educational opportunities to learn about soil regeneration, grafting mangoes, tips on mango care and growing aspects, food preparation using mangoes–and tasting!!  I will be speaking mid-day on the importance of consuming Nutrition Grown foods.  Most importantly, learn how to grow these health-restoring, nutrient dense foods for yourself!  These biophoton-rich, high frequency foods help you to be vibrant. And, therefore, to be your very best on all levels–physical, mental, emotional, spiritual.

There are always lots of interesting booths, including yummy food booths.  Nutrition Farming for Hawaii will have a booth too, with heavy discounts on new Done-With-You Garden Optimizing Makeover Packages for attendees. So come by and talk story.  Hope to see you there!

Aloha,  Dr. Jana Bogs
