Food nutrient increase data from our Nutrition Farming for Hawaii research and demonstration garden will be on display at the 2nd Hawaii Island New Farmer Expo this Friday, August 10. The event will be held here on the Big Island at the Sally Luau Hale in Hilo from 12:30 to 6:30 pm. At the expo, there will be speakers all afternoon on various topics of interest to new and beginning farmers–from veggies to livestock, finance to marketing.
